ABOUT

Andrew graduated from the GSA Conservatoire in 2004, where he was the Sean McGrath scholar. His first job as musical director was for the play She Stoops to Conquer at Hampton Court Palace in the presence of HRH The Earl of Wessex, where he also played the role of Diggory.

As resident conductor for The Welsh Musical Theatre Orchestra, Andrew has conducted in some of the biggest venues in the UK and internationally.

Recent Musical Director credits include: Back To The Musicals (WMTO) Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs (Lichfield Garrick), The Doris Day Story (UK Tour), Music Of The Night (UK Tour), It Happened In Key West (West End),  Brass (Mountview Theatre Arts), Call Me Merman (UK Tour), A-Z of Musical Theatre (UK Tour), Peter Pan (Lichfield Garrick) and Just A Housewife (UK Tour).

In 2016, he was asked to work with Dame Julie Andrews in the casting process of the 60th Anniversary production of My Fair Lady at Sydney Opera House.

Recordings include: It’s Not Really The Apocalypse (Original Concept Album), It Happened In Key West (Original Cast) and My Land’s Shore (New Cast Album).

He regularly plays for auditions and masterclasses in London as well as teaching at the major drama schools across the world.
